Job Duties

Create and post employment ads
Embody the Lake culture and attitude customer complaints
Know and understand the need of each Lake position
Recruit and schedule virtual interviews with applicants
If 2nd interviews go well with Management Team, complete seamless transition with new hire to Onboarding Specialist
Work with Management on hiring needs and freeze/unpause ads as applicable
