Job Details

  • Full-time Monday through Friday
  • This job can be performed remotely from anywhere in the US
  • Hourly pay based on experience
  • 18 days paid time off per year

  • Provide phone support to customer service representatives as needed
  • Deescalate situations with angry or unsatisfied customers
  • Discuss and resolve customer complaints
  • Support CSRs with encouragement, direction, and the ability to make well informed decisions
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a Customer Service Management or Escalation role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong desire to provide the best customer service possible
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associates Degree preferred
