Job Details

  • Full-time Monday through Friday
  • This job can be performed remotely from anywhere in the US
  • Hourly pay based on experience
  • 18 days paid time off per year

  • Prepare and execute payroll
  • Understand the annual bonus compensations plans
  • Help with Onboarding questions
  • Review benefit offerings to each employee
  • Assist with enrollment of various programs available to the staff
  • Shop for new offerings and present to Management Team for approval
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a Payroll or Benefits role for a company with 50+ employees
  • Understand California Wage and Hour laws, expert on Fair Labor Standards Act
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associates Degree preferred
