Lake Appliance Repair has been named the Most Professional Servicer in the 8+ technician category at the 2023 Appliance Service Training Institute (ASTI) Conference in San Antonio, Texas. The United Appliance Servicers Association (UASA) presented the award during the conference, which took place from February 6-9, 2023.
The ASTI conference, North America’s premier training event for appliance service technicians, offers educational sessions, workshops, and networking opportunities. Over 1,000 attendees, including technicians, business owners, and manufacturers, attended this year’s conference.
UASA presents the Most Professional Servicer Award annually to recognize the industry’s most outstanding service companies. The award considers technical expertise, customer service, and overall professionalism. The 8+ technician category is for companies with eight or more technicians.
