Lake Appliance Repair is happy to announce our recent partnership with the Whirlpool Corporation as the Whirlpool Factory Certified Care (WFCC) provider for Sacramento, El Dorado, Placer, and Washoe Counties. The WFCC designation means that we are the official factory authorized service provider for Whirlpool brand products in our region.
In early 2015, we met with our Whirlpool Field Service Business Manager, Patrick Leonard, to receive valuable training about Whirlpool’s expectations for Lake Appliance Repair. Leonard focused on the importance of fast repair turn around times, repair quality, and customer service.
In the coming months, we will continue to receive extensive training directly from Whirlpool on their entire product line including JennAir, KitchenAid, Maytag, Whirlpool, and Amana (as well as popular retailer brands like Costco and Ikea).
