Job Duties
Assess service requests, diagnose appliance issues remotely, and identify required parts to streamline technician visits. You’ll provide virtual troubleshooting support to customers, guiding them through minor repairs when possible. Additional responsibilities include documenting cases, assisting technicians with pre-visit planning, and collaborating with the parts and customer service teams to optimize repair efficiency.
qualifications
We’re looking for an experienced appliance repair technician with strong diagnostic skills and a deep understanding of common appliance issues. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities are essential, as you’ll be assisting customers and technicians remotely. Must be comfortable using technology, troubleshooting over video calls, and working independently in a remote setting.
