Lake Appliance Repair was founded in 2005 by Scott & Krystle McConnell, a husband-and-wife team with a passion for quality service and strong company culture. Scott, an experienced appliance technician, saw a growing need for expert repair services in the Sacramento area and started his own business. Krystle joined him shortly after, bringing her expertise in scheduling and operations.
What started as a small local business has grown into a multi-state operation with over 80 employees, serving customers across 12 states. Through a commitment to excellence, efficiency, and employee success, Lake Appliance Repair continues to expand while maintaining its dedication to high-quality service and a great work environment.
