Richard was very knowledgeable and spent time to determine the issue with the gas smell in our dryer. He ordered the needed part and then returned to repair it. Communication, timeliness, honesty and a clean job are important to us and he fulfilled them all. Thank you Richard!

Our technician was TJ and on the initial visit he determined that a part that was installed in our cooktop wasn’t good and needed to be replaced. Our repair man Curtis did an excellent job. He was able to fix our unit even though it actually required some welding. I was disappointed that someone in the office dropped the ball and did not order that needed compressor. But they were able to get it in one day and fixed it the very next day.
